Joe may look a bit out of sorts, some might say retarded. But let me tell you, he's not retarded, but he is a special boy.
Check out his podcast and the crazy cast of characters that he brings to life. Oh, and by the way, despite his silly mask, Joe has managed to score interviews with such rock bands as Anthrax, Bif Naked, Sponge, Hinder and most recently Manntis. He has many more great bands lined up to rock his podhole.
